my nose was pinched by my friend and now it bruised.. its all red and some black!

At first cold compresses, after about 24 hours warm (not hot) compresses will help the swelling disperse.
(A bruise is bleeding under the skin)
It's going to change colour over the next few days.
Short of concealing make-up there's not much else you can do.

Go to the doctor to make sure you didn't break your nose.

Put some makeup on and tell your friend to be more careful.
