Hi.Well, are you just experiencing the old fashioned stomach ache? Or are you experiencing stomach upset, nausea, acidic sensation in your stomach.Seems many people get these symptoms confused with the 'stomach ache'.If your just experiencing the old fashioned stomach ache? And,depending on how long this pain has been going on,you might want to make a trip to your doctors office. This may be something more serious...if your stomach ache has been going on for a while now(1 week or so). And,if it's only been a day ot two...you can try taking some pepto-bismol,and this may help relieve any stomach discomfort/pain,as well as any nausea.Tylenol is also a good option...just to add? Tylenol does not make stomach pain worse by releasing acid into the stomach. This is not a fact, and is untrue.Ibuprofen or any other anti inflammatory may cause stomach upset, but not tylenol. And,seeing how you've tried several remedies and haven't seen much if any results...you might want to consider going to your doctor. This might be a stomach virus..Take care.

If you have had it for a while it usually means that you have tight muscles in your back that are pressing onto the nerves going to your stomach which is causing the stomach to release more gastric acid which is causing a burning sensation in your stomach. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your back muscles to get the pressure off the nerves and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Plain water, tea, don't take Tylenol because it's acid and can lead to stomach upset which isn't what you're wanting.

Eno or Bromo Seltzer right away wait 10 minutes then a few glasses of warm water!

try a hot water bottle or sleeping :)
