Can I walk normal as soon as my leg cast is taken off? (after 3 months)?!

Question: Can I walk normal as soon as my leg cast is taken off? (after 3 months)?
I broke my leg in January. It will take me 3 month in this long cast. Can I walk normally after I got the cast off? If not how long will it take?

You will likely have some slight atrphy in the muscle, which may cause slight trouble walking at first. For the most part it will be getting your body used to the motions of walking, which may require some physical therapy.

You should be able to walk right after it comes off. But to be confident in your balance and walking normally may take a few days or more.
