Question: Stomach hurts really bad?
My stomach hurts really bad I don't have a fever or anything I have acid reflux but I took an anti acid but it didn't work do u think I have a bug or digestion and please tell me things I can do to help a stomach ache!

It can be so many thing, it can't be diagnosed via the Internet, you need to see your doctor.
You might have a stomach virus.And,it's best to see your doctor.You just asked this question 1 minute or so ago.No one here can diagnose you..only your doctor can do that.Take care.
It's caused by tight back muscles, free them up and your pain will be gone.
Eat an apple and drink water.
try drinking some water, if it persists for a length of itm it maybe worth visiting your doc
