Get some teething gel like what you use for babies.

or you can also use sore throat spray

or you can use any kind of chancre sore treatment.

I used to get this problem all the time on the ferenellum under my tongue. It looked like a little cut or tear but it is actually a mouth ulcer (chancre sore) that made it split. Anyway, I've used all three of these remedies and it helped.

Also a nice warm salt water swish is supposed to help too but I don't like how it tastes.
