Can your nose ever heal?!

A few months ago I was heavy in to drugs, not only ingesting them but I would love to snort them. I eventually stopped everything, after having snorted meth for 2 days. Now I live with a hole from the back of my sinus to my oral cavity. For a while I thought it would heal and I let life go on without drugs, I even had to give up smoking because when I would smoke it would pull mucus from my sinus and send it directly to my lungs causing a pneumonia effect. Even in my sleep I breathe the mucus into my lungs and I'm getting tired of spitting mucus out all day, everyday. My question is will this tunnel ever heal? Will I ever get back to normal or do I have to live with this forever?
