I'm afraid it might be a brain tumor or something bad. I'm only 17.

There is only "one" safe way to find out...go to a good doctor. Don't waste your time here reading peoples guesses..that is super dangerous. Make an appointment with a doctor, it is better to be safe than sorry. I wish you well..
If it was a brain tumor you would have other symptoms besides the headache. Such as double vision, change in personality, loss of sensation in other parts of your body, etc. Sometimes a hormone imbalance can cause headaches like this. Stress and anxiety can also cause them. You may also have a sinus infection. If you notice that you are also running an elevated temperature and have stiffness in your neck then you need to see a doctor as soon as possible because that could be a symptom of meningitis. Since it's been going on for 3 weeks I would make an appointment with my doctor if I were you to rule out a sinus infection or hormone imbalance. Some foods can trigger migraines. Chocolate, caffeine, shell fish are just a few. Watch your diet also to see if maybe something you're eating is triggering your headaches. I hope you feel better soon. And don't worry about a brain tumor! Just go and let the doctor check you if these continue.
