Try to Put lotion around the ring and your finger, if it doesn't work. Honestly, you could lose the use of your finger if the ring cuts the circulation off for too long. If the finger in question is seriously swelling and impeding your ability to move it, go to the emergency room. You will have to let them cut the ring off before you lose that finger but remember the ring is replaceable and your finger might not be.

you could get nerve damage, and by a few days from now yes, it will fall of, get to a jewelry store, and ask for it to be cut off, they can add to it or keep it the same size after it is off and they repair it.
Use washing up liquid an rub it on it it will come off otherwise your finger will loose circulation an go gangrene an die
