Question: Help isolating thumb?

I'm taking glucosamine sulfate and msm in order to try and heal some problems with my thumbs, but apparently it will take 2-3 months. I am currently using medical tape to wrap my thumb to my hand, and I was wondering if there was a more effective way to keep my thumb out of the way for a few months?

Yes, go to your local discount store (Walmart, Target, or Kmart) or your local drug store (Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid) and get yourself a wrist brace. They have all sorts of ones, the easiest are the neoprene sleeve kind, they keep your thumb separate from the rest of your fingers. I have a brown one I use all the time, not the neoprene sleeve kind, that really helps at isolating the thumb.

when people old need glucosamine and msm, but very difficult go to the finger, so, use herb patch much better to you thumb.use whitee patch will be easy out of this.
