Question: I badly sprained/bruised my tailbone 3 weeks ago, can i go back on the elliptical for 30 minutes?
I would say 75% of the pain is gone. No more INTENSE pain. Still hurts a bit when i bend over or stand up from a very low chair/car seat or after sitting on a hard surface over 2 hours.

I think it sounds fine. I would try it, and if it hurts just stop and wait a little while longer before trying again.
i would say it is not a good idea to do any workouts like an elliptical or treadmill for a little longer but consult your doctor
