Question: What causes your hands to shake?
my hands are always shaking not bad bad but still shake i feel like im always nervous about something when im not what could cause that? im iron anemic but idk if that would cause it help?

Nervousness can cause unsteadiness, trembling or shaking.
You need to find a stress reliever. Some mild exercise often helps you to relax. Perhaps you could try walking for relaxation.
