Question: When I go for a walk or take a shower?
I've been bed ridden for about 3months now due to Ativan withdrawal but I noticed when I try to shower or go for a walk or just move a lot my left arm and leg get weak and I feel nauseous and get heart palpitations plz help I'm scared

have you had an ekg lately? If your ok there.you may need to start excersing a little bit each day to build yourself up again. Do not! Get discouraged.for re building takes time. Bot do!
