An air filter would help. You could also try putting a rolled up towel down at the base of the door to your room. That's where a lot of the smoke gets in.
Keep your door closed as much as possible -- You can also purchase a room Air filter @ Wal-Mart, etc. Keep it running all the time to clean the air in your room -
It would be nice if your parents would stop smoking in the house -- and only smoke on the porch, etc. -- Take a clean damp white rag and wipe down a wall, ceiling, window, etc. and show them the brown residue that will be on it -- that is the "second hand smoke" that settle on everything - and that is ultimately settling in their lungs!!
Try to use "Oust", Lysol or other Air cleaner/sanitizer spray in the house -- or at least in your room --
Good luck - hope you don't pick up this nasty, unhealthy habit --
First of all it is all ventilation and cross air circulation which can lead more air spacing in a room or any chamber. Closed rooms with no air passage can lead to breathing related disorders and its all about breathing dear that can make you feel the way you are.
Try to make ventilation and some open space for air and adopt healthy habits/ Many have benefitted from the below link. This is not a spam just a blog that some one has started for spreading health awareness.

tell your parents that they're choking you. ask them to install a small exhaust fan and/or air filter where they smoke.

Start smoking,then you can't breathe anyway,so you won't mind as much.
