Your lucky that you can go to a freakin' doctor.
I am attaching a link to my question about something similar, and to the WebMD symptom checker.
It is kind of sad, but doctors can be kind of useless and people should be informed before they go to the doctor's office, so that they can make the most of their time. A good doctor is generally so busy, and gets about 10 minutes to diagnose and treat you, based on what you look like, smell like, and say. Not a lot of time to do the kind of work they would like.

This will make me seem like a jerk but...drink water. It helps, even if the headache is not caused by dehydration, it still helps.
I get headaches like this, but I think it is when you are adjusting to a new schedule, or lifestyle. When I came into high-school, I got them all the time, now not so much, on school camps I get killer headaches where I am virtually incapacitated for the next hour, You might be adjusting to something new in your timetable, and remember, drink lots of water and other fluids, it helps.
