Constant burning in my stomach?!

Question: Constant burning in my stomach?
It's been on/off for over a year and I have had meds for it but they didn't seem to help. For the last three days I've had a constant burning in my stomach, I've tried almost every anti-acid I could possibly buy and none of them worked. The burning gets so bad to the point where I am unable to stand. Also whenever I eat or drink I get sick feeling, as if I'm gonna barf but I don't actually barf.

Answers:

You have the classic signs of getting an ulcer. Lay off the spicy foods, caffeine, sodas, alcohol and if applicable any drugs. Don't eat before you go to bed. Drink plenty of water Try an over the counter drug we call Prilosec. You can ask the Pharmacist and he can find the store brand that will be cheaper. Take the medication the way I say and it will work. Take one pill in the morning before you eat and wait a half an hour before you eat. The first couple of days you will have to take a second pill in the afternoon. Again take on an empty stomach. Once you start feeling better cut back to one pill.
