Question: Is there any way to heal bruises quickly?
So I got this big bruise on my left arm just over a week ago, ( I moronically walked into a door in the middle of the night.) I put some ice on it at the time, but it has hardly faded at all. I have a date tomorrow and I don't want to have a big purple spot on my arm. Are there any home remedies out there to help heal it, or at least to help fade the color of it so it's less noticeable?
