sleep patterns? just a phase?!


Question: Sleep patterns? just a phase?
so im a college Jr. and have an odd sleep cycle,i'm usually up really late, and take naps through out the day, and would sleep until 2 if i didn't have to wake up for classes, which my earliest one is at 10 and i still have trouble getting up for that. In the next few years ill have a real job and cannot continue with my sleep cycle. Is this something ill just grow out of as i grow up? i sure hope so

YOU CAN ALTER YOUR SLEEP PATTERNS AFTER ABOUT A WEEK - SO IF YOU START GOING TO BED EARLIER EACH NIGHT - ONCE YOU ARE ON A NORMAL SCHEDULE - AFTER ABOUT A WEEK YOUR BODY BECOMES ACCUSTOMED TO THE CHANGES AND ALTERS YOUR SLEEP/WAKE CYCLE.

Most likely. Unless you're tired throughout the day and having a decreased ability to concentrate, I wouldn't worry about it. I am pretty much a night owl myself. Early mornings have never been my thing.
