Is this problem physical or mental?

Like if you feel weird physically (Wake up, jack off, feel weird after lunch), then I can't explain it.

Like if you feel weird mentally (Wake up, jack off, feel guilty after lunch), then my guess is that you grew up in a sexually repressive environment. A strict religious upbringing can do this, or abusive parents (Either to you or each other) can do this. Also, a childhood sexual trauma of any kind could cause this.

I suffer from both a religious upbringing (Check her out your a sinner!) and from unaffectionate parents who hated each other (Never learned that anything physical was normal, even in marriage, because it didn't exist in the one I learned from).

If you can't overcome that guilty feeling on your own, talk to a therapist. They can help.

There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences.

Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity.

It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue.

No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully for more than 32 years.

It is called "Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation" by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. For more information just enter the doctor’s name in any search engine: Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.

its not uncommon to feel bad about doing something like that especially if you are feeling uncomfortable about doing it - however, you should remember that sexuality is a normal part of human anatomy and it is ok to masterbate - if you want to -

You are just responding to the effects of social pressure. Aside from great forearm strength and a better sleep, it really does not bother me.

Yes you should stop. I have.
>Sex with no ejaculation for 3 years. All good.
