Will the damaged part of your bone heal after you crack your knuckles, ankle, ar!

Question: Will the damaged part of your bone heal after you crack your knuckles, ankle, arm, wrist, neck, etc.?
So what if you have been cracking some parts of your body for over 2 years and even more. Will the part that is damaged from this habit eventually heal if you stop cracking from now on?

All you do when you crack a joint, is release air from the socket. When you bend your knuckles so the 2 bones come together, air is released and you hear a crack. Doing this is probably not healthy, but it isn't harmful. Try not to crack your joints and you should be fine. An example of something that could happen is that, ligaments in your neck can stretch and make it feel very hard to stabilize your head. If thats something that you dont feel, stop cracking your joints and you will be fine. Otherwise, even if you continue, there isn't really much damage that cracking your joints do.
