Can midol be used as a pain reliever?!

Question: Can midol be used as a pain reliever?
Call me juvenile but, it's a thought. I'm not in pain, I'm just wondering. I know it's for "PMS" pains like cramps. But, can it be used as a regular pain reliever because, that's what it seems to do? Like, for example, an advil, and such.

Answers:

It has acetaminophen in it, so I assume it can be used as a general pain reliever.

If you have a headache you want to get rid of then you have to free up your neck muscles for they are what gives you a headache when they are tight. The neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around the head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the muscles going around the head and when they go into pain you have your headache. To get rid of it you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I don't see why not. If you works for you. I think it has some caffeine in it. If that isn't problem for you. Please don't ever do exercises suggested on this site. If you don't have a picture of a exercise that you are going to do. You run the risk of getting injured or experiencing more pain.
