Naproxyn (also called naprosyn) is not a narcotic. In fact, Aleve is naproxyn and it's available without a prescription.



No a naproxen is not considered a narcotic, it has synthetic pain relief drugs within it, all of which we created without any ingredients derived from opium.

No. It is an NSAID (non Steriodal anti inflamatory drug), like Tylenol or Ibuprofen. Naproxen is like alieve, only prescribed by a doctor.
