Extremely weak... Doctors point of view please?!

Question: Extremely weak... Doctors point of view please?

ok for some reason if i get up anywhere from 8 to 10 am and take a shower without eating i will get extremely weak, there have ben 3 or 4 times or so that i've literally almost passed out, yes i take showers with hot water, any reason why i get so weak and almost pass out?
