pain in head and being sick ......now crusted blood ?!

Question: Pain in head and being sick ......now crusted blood ?
Hello i have been getting immense headaches for a while now usually after an evenings gig where i work as a dj and sing. The following day i have awful head pain and am wiped out most of the day or until im sick for a few hours - i understand that this is a migraine attack but it fluctutaes from one side of my head to the other if the pain is on the left handside the pain intensifies on the right i can manage. What i have noticed over the past months is that i have crusted blood in my nasal passages and also a headache. I have had two septoplasty operations done. Any ideas ???

I myself suffer extreme migraines and they are UGLY! There are a few different types or patterns that a migraine can take, however that isn't as important than as to WHY your having theses headaches.I suggest you get to your Dr. ASAP because of the now presence of blood in your nasal passages, There are a few reasons that migraines happen that are not so good such as an aneurysm or tumor and you definitely need to get checked to rule out either one of those before you can do anything else.Blood is never a good thing and definitely has a reason its present. Then after that if all is ok then you can start trying to narrow down your "triggers" that cause the migraines. So call your dr to see the best course of action you should take. Good luck i know how it feels believe me they suck ive had em for 30+years now

im a migraine sufferer at the severe level 30+years now.

better you should check with doctors.
