Well, its just an allergic rash...you can try out tab. levocetrizine if its just a small one...and u have to systemic symptoms, but it u face any uneasiness of the system (not just local) than u shud get some antihistaminic shots from a doctor. It doesn't sound to be a big problem, those ants aint poisonous dun worry.

thats a fire any bite,get yourself a bar of brown soap cut off a sliver and wet it then rub it on the ant bite,it will reduce the swelling and soothe the hotness.ive gotten bitten by these things many a time.
