This is probably just plain overexertion so it probably means that you need a good rest or break after half an hour or so on the piano.

I'm the same. I've been playing the piano for years and when I stop, after playing for at least 30 minutes, everything seems sort of fuzzy and my head doesn't feel right. But I will admit that it's not just the piano for me, I get the same if I get into something (like a video game) for a long time I get the same nauseous feeling. I don't know why it happens, but usually I'll play the piano for about 25 minutes and take a break, like get a glass of water, or if I feel the nausea coming on I just close my eyes for about 5 minutes and repeat the process. I don't think it's anything serious so I've never asked a doctor so I don't know if my method is an all round remedy for it. Hope I helped :)
