Should I quit sugar again?!

Question: Should I quit sugar again?
Last year I quit sugar for almost 5 months, with small occasional slip ups, but i felt amazing. Most importantly, my sugar cravings subsided completely, which is highly surprising since i used to have a major sweet tooth. I could stand with a bar of chocolate next to me without having the slightest urge to eat it, which i find to be amazing.
However, after Christmas it seems that my sugar cravings have come back, and everytime i try to cut it all again, i eventually end up binging, and in those moments I would travel across the whole city for some sweet stuff.
Could it be that i'm addicted to sugar? Although i know i should try to quit altogether once again, my mind is telling me that it is impossible to live without sugar. I'm guessing it's just the withdrawal talking? Thanks

There are 146 reasons why you should quit junk sugar again and they are listed in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm

No you're not addicted, most likely you're either getting small portions of hidden sugar in foods(causing your blood-sugar to fluctuate too much), or you're not eating enough natural sugars, so you end up 'out of fuel' at some points, causing the binge desires.

If you get it right, the desire will fade-away completely.

Sugar addiction is real :) Just ask Dr Bart Hoebel at Princeton University.

Since doing the 7 steps I no longer crave or binge and I no longer have wild mood-swings either.

Best wishes!
