Why do i get pain down my arms and legs when i sneeze?!
Question: Why do i get pain down my arms and legs when i sneeze?
I really want to know why when i sneeze i get shooting pain go down my arms and legs then dies down to a dull ache that lasts about 5 minutes. Also i dont know if this has any relevance but also when i start eating i feel dizzy? Can anyone shed some light on why this happens. Thanks x

It is possible that you are briefly compressing your spinal nerve roots.

You mightn need to alk with yoru Dr. about that -- you could be causing a pinched nerve if you "jerk" your head forward when sneezing (which is a natural motion) -
