ok, first of all, calm down. it happens. it may sound crazy, but you have to keep moving. walk around, or go outside and take a walk. fresh air would help alot. but if you start to feel dizzy when walking, stop immediately and rest, or lie down on a bed. drink PLENTY of water, because it will reduce stomach pains. dry toast would be helpful, but don't eat yogurt, or meat. here is the thing that works like a miracle. for me, it worked in a few minutes. you may think it is an expensive medicine, but its not. it's milk. yes, milk will guarantee your stomach pains to stop in minutes, or 30 minutes at the very most. but DO NOT WARM IT. this will counter the effects, and the results will cause even more stomach pains.
Stick to the BRAT diet.
B - bananas
R - rice
A - applesauce
T - toast
Why dont u go 2 ur docter and get a prescription and drink some ginger ale it helps stomach pains
You should go to the ER because you could quickly dehydrate, better safe then sorry!
