i have a pain in my right side that comes and goes and gets a wee bit worse evrytime.
i am conscepated
i feel sick
light headed ness
feel warm
not eatin the same.
please help what should i do stay in bed and sleep till school in the mornin and my parents r in be because this is the uk or go to A&E

Pain on the right side can indicate appendicitis, which requires surgery. Swollen ovaries can also be the culprit. Whatever the case, you should see a doctor.
Belly button pain could be a sign of a hernia, which may interfere with bowel function.
