My nipples are sensitive & have blue veins, but pt are negative?!

For about 2-3 weeks now my nipples have been sensitive and just now i realized there are big blue veins visible that werent there before. I took a prego test on valentines day and was negative and i took another one yesterday and it was negative.. I m paranoid about it.. so i dont know if what else i am experiencing is real.. I swear my smell is heightened.. i was smelling things my little sister said she couldnt smell. and the daisies on my table are killing me.. I had a miscarriage in september and had the smell thing.. but not everything else.. i also have been having headaches which i havent had in about 6 months.. I dont know if im pregnant or not.. if i am why isnt the tests reading the prego hormone? What do you guys think?? OH.. and im on the nuva ring so where i dont have periods so that doesnt help lol....
