Question: I need help asap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
soo i have a black belt test coming up and im really nervous because i really want to pass so i can slackk off more in martial arts..

and soo since my test is coming up,i been having to do these sunday classes from 9-10 but everytime i go,i get light headed and i start seeing white spots and so i have to sit down.

my instructors dont like that i sit down && they arent even understanding so i tried telling my parents whats wrong with me and if i can see a doctor and they said no its cuz you dont eat your vegtables. so basically imalone on this one. im just here to clarify if its becuz i dont eat my veggies or if its something else??(since i ccant even go to the doctors-___-)

Problems:
cant stand up and needs to sit down.
feels sick and lightheaded.
dizzy.
helpless.
seeing white spots and light.

Possible reeasons,theorys:
no veggies.
too early to work out for my body(its not used to it)
working out Outside in the sun.

This could possibly be a low BP problem. If your BP is below 90/60 and you suffer from dizziness, faintness and actual fainting spells it is probably a low BP problem.

Under eating (if relevant) or dehydration (if relevant) are other possible causes.

Eating your vegetables would probably help as well.



I have been in that situation and the feedback igot was drinking water I didn't drink enough water so I got lght headed and was so close to passing out I was literally a second awayfrom it so I told my grandma an she said it was because I didn't drink enough water so if u don't like water crystal light that's a little watery but atleast it has some taste

No, the problem ins't because you're not "eating your veggies'.
But it might be a sign that you're not eating a proper diet. Many times when you're involved with physical exercise, you might not eat as much to try and lose weight. To try and get "mean and lean." And that's very dangerous.

Also, you might not be getting enough electrolytes, if you work out and sweat a lot.
Go get some Gatorade. It sounds silly and stupid, but the stuff really works. I've been overheated from sun a few times, and I suddenly get confused and can't think straight. I buy a bottle, and it fixes me right up.

So if you've been cutting back on your food because of your training, STOP IT!! Youre stressing your body, and it needs good food to fix itself. Eat lots of protein, because that is what makes muscles. Eating vegetables is also good for you. but be sure also to keep some gatorade nearby, just in case.

Seeing white spots and lights is a sign that something is going too far. Hopefully the gatorade might help. But if it doesn't, then you need to see a doctor. No matter who says what, you need to see a doctor!!
If you can't fix the dizziness and white spots yourself, then something is seriously dangerous with you.
Please don't put it off. If you keep feeling like this, I would say NOT to do any martial arts conttests.
You might hurt yourself more than you know.
