Question: Is it safe to take 25mg of tramadol and 1000mg of tylonel longterm for moderate to severe chronic painstifness?
as a teenager?

I agree with Kat. I've taken tramadol for three years and I have taken 1 or 2 50mg Trams and 1-2 Tylenol at once on bad days. I'm fine from it, I get my liver enzymes tested and all that other stuff and I'm fine, but I don't drink alcohol, so that may be a factor.



I would take two Tramodal and two Tylenol before bed. The standard dose for Tramodal is 50mgm.If the Tylenol is 500mgm then only take one.This would give you a good balance between the Tramodal and Tylenol. Make sure you eat before you take the Tramadol and Tylenol as it can upset your stomach. I have taken Tramadol before.We consume far too much Tylenol.

That depends on your diet, if you drink alcohol, and if you're taking that gram of tylenol all at once or spacing it through the day.
