Rub A535 on ankle sprain?!

Question: Rub A535 on ankle sprain?

I suffered an ankle sprain almost a week ago and its getting better now but theres still some pain when i walk or bend and was wondering if rub A535 or something like that would help the pain or something? and also what does rub A535 do? does it help heal an injury or does it just help to sooth the pain?

What is A535? I don't typically trust compound medications. I recommend you use a foam roller and stretch out your ankle instead. Good luck.
