Still having problems with my ankle, what do I do?!?!

Question: Still having problems with my ankle, what do I do?!?
I fractured my ankle 6 years ago, and it was fine until a couple months ago. Since then it's been aching off and on, especially when it's cold. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but if I run or turn my foot a certain way it hurts. What should I do?

Answers:

See your doctor first. It's likely to be what one of my doctors called a "weather vane" pain -you get it when it gets cold. These are well-known to the older generation, but some of us get them early.

I got mine in 1993 when I was hit by a truck, smashed into a steel building, hit again and drug down the length of the building pinned between it and the truck, then thrown free on the cement behind the building. No broken bones, just a mess of bruises and a weather-vane hip.

Im pretty sure its arthritis from the pain try getting an ankle brace from any big 5 or champs etc.
