Question: My throat feels clogged, water makes it worse.?
I had a swig of alcohol earlier, which burned so I followed it with water and immediately felt like I was choking on something dry stuck in my throat. This wasn't long ago but everytime I drink water it dries out again and I begin to choke. Feels like there is a lump in my throat now. Any ideas what is wrong with me? Did I screw my head up from snorting too much snot, I'm recovering from a cold.

Do you have acid reflux or heartburn? You can get scar tissue from it and it can cause choking. Also, feeling like there's a lump in your throat is a sign of reflux. If you've been coughing alot it could be sore throat and drainage. Give it a chance to heal, but then I would go see a doctor if you think it could be reflux.
