Anyone can get athletes foot, not just men, it starts off from humidity on the feet. Buy some anti itch cream or ointment, wash your feet before applying, this part is important, DRY them really well!! Apply cream, or some foot powder whatever you're comfortable with, apply socks and rinse and repeat until it goes away. Talcum powderyour shoes to kill any fungus or bacteria in them and always cut your toenails and dry your feet properly after you shower. Humidity breeds athletes foot. Let me know if you improve, hope it helps out.

Athletes foot can affect anybody. It isn't too hard to treat. Ask your pharmacist for an appropriate preparation.

The organism that causes athletes foot thrives in the warm moist conditions that closed shoes create. Try the following preventative measures.

Wash your feet every morning and evening. Dry your feet thoroughly after washing.

Wear clean socks each day.

Allow your feet to breathe by wearing open style footwear when you can.

Walk barefoot whenever you can to allow your feet the maximum opportunity to breathe.

Hope this helps

If you go see your doctor he/she will prescribe you a prescription lotion that you put on it. Only a doctor can diagnose things like this. It could be athletes foot, egsma, rash.. a number of things and the only real way to diagnose it is to go see a doctor.

I can help on that! Buy Lotrimin at Wal-Mart and in 2 or 3 days you will be like new.

OTC antifungal creams, sprays
