I landed on my foot backwards...How can I reduce the pain?!

Question: I landed on my foot backwards...How can I reduce the pain?
I was on a trampoline and I landed on my foot backwards. There is no swelling, but when I step on it, the pain hurts badly. I got hurt yesterday and it still hurts. I tried putting ice on it and elevating it but it feels the same as yesterday. If it still hurts tomorrow, I will get an X ray. Do you have any advice on how to reduce the pain in my foot? Thanks

Answers:

Peace be upon you,

I really hope God heals you as soon as possible. Next time be careful when jumping on a trampoline!
You just need to pray to God as much as you can - ask Him to reduce the pain.

And if the prayers are not answered immediately , even though you prayed with all your heart, remember that God chooses to answer whatever prayers He wants. What is God's will will happen and happened.

If He doesn't answer your prayer, it does not mean that He has forsaken you!

If the prayers doon't work, try to keep your mind off of it as much as possible! Do not succumb to depression. Occupy yourself with activities that you enjoy.

Surround yourself with friends. Spend time on the internet reading sites or forums...
or listen to music!
