Self hypnosis worked for me to rid me of the fear of the dark. The fear disspeared when I uncovered the ROOT CAUSE of the fear was being locked in a dark basement as a kid, but their are many people hypnosis does not work for. Plus it can be expensive. There are better and easier methods than hypnosis available. Below is a press release that came out this week:
