Just vomited undigested food from 7 hours ago, should I be worried?!

Question: Just vomited undigested food from 7 hours ago, should I be worried?
I just vomited up mostly undigested food from probably 7 or so hours ago. I took a 100 mg morphine extended release tablet about 13 hours ago. I've also been drinking excessive amounts of water to prevent a hangover, then to coat my stomach for the morphine today and prevent any pain from it. I had gone on a walk about 5 hours ago, but had to go home and lay down due to excessive stomach pain, and nearly vomited several times, having to break along the route to prevent it, however, due to the morphine, the activity was foolish, and this was to be expected.

Usually laying down makes stomach pain from activity while on morphine go away within at most in hour for me, but this persisted up until throwing up just now, and I was completely bedridden and unable to move more than briefly without nearly vomiting. I finally got up to go to the bathroom and ended up vomiting once there and made this discovery.

Is this water poisoning that prevented my food from digesting, a side effect of the morphine (I've never actually vomited from it before, though there have been close calls, point merely being that I don't know if undigested food is common with morphine), or should I be concerned?

I think the excessive amount of water messed up the acid in your stomach, which helps things to digest. Usually you only need about 30 minutes to digest food, but it's recommended to not do much activity afters so you don't get cramps. I don't think water will prevent a hangover, so cut down and see if you feel any better.
