Dull pain in my knees?!

Good lord i know how you feel. Now I am not sure if showing your mom my story will help convince you mum to take you to an orthopedic surgeon but I feel that i have to give it a shot.
When i was 13 I started to have pain in my knees, more in my right, i was told by my parents and family doc the same thing that you are. It was nothing but growing pains just suck it up and deal with it.
Well i did deal with it and gradually they started to hurt more than just in the morning and when it was cold out, they hurt all the time and my right knee got so bad that i was no longer able to tolerate the pain. Finally my mom took me to an orthopedic surgeon and he did an MRI on my knees and found out that I did not have growing pains but already had a a pretty good amount of damage due to arthritis in my right knee and it was starting in my left as well.
Well shortly after that I had the first surgery on my right knee to try and help. Long story short I am now 38 years old have pain in both my knees ALL THE TIME. I have had 10 knee surgeries so far,
