Question: Pain in my leg (didnt get injured??) -read-?

my lower left leg behind im not good with body parts which is kinda sad but i think its a calf ?...anyways it hurts when i put pressure on it ...it feels like its constantly flexed and and hurts...

any ideas...i didnt get hurt or anything
