Question: I can't seem to sleep enough and end up becoming a bit light-headed/slightly dizzy. Any tips?
Each time I go to bed, I always seem to wake up only after 5 or 6 hours -- even if I go earlier or later, I cant get enough sleep (8 hours). As a result, I'm feeling a bit dizzy and I've got a headache -- I'm even using my phone instead of the computer to ask this question. Can anybody give me any advice on what I can do? This has happened for the past few days.

Don't watch computer/TV screen before going to bed.
Relax (deep breath, essential oils, clean room, ...)
Get a cool room (not higher than 18°)
And if you wake up, don't get mad. Take a book, a glass of milk... sleep might come back. But don't panic, it will be worse.
