lump on collar bone?!

Question: Lump on collar bone?
There's a lump, less than 2cm in length just short a hand's width from the centre of my collar bone, above the right side of my collar bone. There is no sign of redness in that area. It hurts when I touch it / move to a certain position which affects it.
It's not "solid" like touching my collar bone but it's not very "soft" either.

Any ideas what this could be?

Sounds like an Ossification , a reformation of bones over a bony fracture or bruise. You probably fell or was hit on the collar bone and the bone has healed over the damage. It was probably a very mild damage but you might be stuck with it for a long time.

sounds like you have dislocated it, go to your Dr's and get it checked out any unexplained lump needs investigating.

my brother has been like it for years and it doesn't bother him because Dr said it isn't serious.
