How can i tell if my appendix burst?!

Question: How can i tell if my appendix burst?
Okay, well i have had a lot of pain near where my appendix is on the left side near the inside of my pelvis and right under my stomach. I hear sounds often where it sounds like it's ruptured but i dont think it has because i dont think i'd hear it...But anyway, it makes sounds like an air bubble, when it gets squished...or something moving in your intestines.
I am getting really sick in my stomach recently, like i'll get cramps. It hurts really bad but i dont tell anyone because i'm afraid they'll make me go to the hospital or doctors and i HATE both places...

I dont think it's ruptured...yet, but i've always been afraid of it happening, i have had MANY near-death experiences...I just wanted to know how i can tell if it really has burst or not.

My friend's appendix ruptured and she said it was so bad she couldn't move, but some stuff is different for others.

If your appendix HAS ruptured, what should i look for and will i die?! -worries- im only 12 but i am not afraid of listening to ghory stuff.

If your appendix burst you will certainly know it.

For starters the appendix is on the right side not the left.

If it has burst there will be stabbing pain in the right side, vomiting, diarrhea and in some cases a high temp. If it happens the best thing to do is call 000 or 911 (depending on where you are)

Common symptoms of ruptured appendix are high fever, nausea, bad bad cramps so bad you can barely walk or do anything and if you have these symptoms you should see a doctor immediately because you can die from infection

Trust me, if your appendix does burst you wont mistake it for cramps or pain. The pain is unbearable.

It will hurt REALLY bad. And most people start throwing up. Tell your parents and ask them what they think.

If it was burst, you wouldn't be able to stand, walk, or type your question.

It sounds like you are going to get your first period very soon.

My brain :)

Go to the wmergency room just in case!!!!

It doesn't sound like appendix to me, but more like tight muscles in your back that are pressing onto the nerves going to your stomach to make it rumble the way it does. The appendix isn't on that side anyway nor would it rumble, that's usually the stomach, so you have to look for what is causing stomach pains. The tight muscles can press into the nerves as they leave the spine to make that happen. to get rid of the rumble and get rid of the problem you have to free up your back muscles to get the pressure off the nerves and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
