Question: Questions about the Medicaid card?
I called the number on the back of my Medicaid card to see if the could send me a list of doctor in Louisiana that take the card. Well the first lady told me I was not in the system and to this other number. She told me to call the she gave me and told me to ask why I wasn't in their computer. Like I said it when back to the same options and I don't know which to pick. I disabled and 42. I think I was on the La Chip card or should I say that is what someone told it is.

Keep going back and trying different options if you have to. Sometimes it takes a while to find your way through these phone systems until you get the right person. The next time you get someone, ask if that person can connect you to the department you need.
