Does Anybody Know Why This Occurs?!

Question: Does Anybody Know Why This Occurs?
I'm not saying that this is all related or anything, but it mostly has to do with the left side of my body. Like my left eye always twitches, my left lung hurts on and off when i inhale, the left side of my chest feels like i'm having a heart attack- on and off, and also my left foot, toes, get stuck like whenever i stretch and it hurts. My parents won't take me to the hospital unless i'm dying or in chronic pain, so please whatever answers you can give will be highly appreciated. I just wanna know what this means or why it's happening.

I've been seen 4-5 times with similar complaints. As symptoms do not exist while at the doctors there is not much they can do. They have done a baseline EKG (heart attacks run in family) & they want me to keep a journal every time it occurs. Most of the doctors suspect pinched nerves, sleeping on one side too long and possibly;y stress induced "growing pains"
They say sleeping or sitting on one side too long etc... causes some of my pain.
They tell me to switch sides & stretch.

I'd keep a journal and see when they occur & how often. Are you under stress when they occur etc..
When you go in for your annual physical take your journal & tell the doctor. This way they can better examine you & give you better treatment per your symptoms.

They are the experts.
Chin up, you are not alone.

Your lung and chest pains are caused by pinched muscles in your back for the back muscles often send pains around the body on the nerves to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. When you move in certain ways your spine catches the muscles to cause them to be pinched and the pains are sent around your body to be felt in the other places which makes finding the problems hard to figure out. To get rid of the pains you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
