Question: Lower back pain!!!!!!!!!!?
experiencing lower back pain when doing push ups and sit ups (i do 100 of each in sets of 20) should i keep doing them until my core gets stronger or lay off them for a bit? i jog 2-3 times a week aswell.

Stay gently mobile and avoid doing anything that could aggravate the problem. Also, try using an ice pack on the painful area. If the pain does not start to subside, go and see your doctor or someone like a chiropractor.

Let the back calm down awhile aspirin or ibuprofen and try doing push ups on knees till ya feel better.
