Can you get multiple hairline fractures while skating?!

Question: Can you get multiple hairline fractures while skating?
I went ice skating with my daughter after years of inactivity. Im only 44 and only about 150 lbs. I fell at least five times, hurt my wrist but all in all not too bad. Now though both my shoulders ache all the time. Its been two months since and no relief. from the tendons in my shoulders to my fore arms they hurt. I can hardly even lift a pot or gallon of milk without two hands and still I don't have the strength to work through the pain. My left shoulder is so bad If I lift it wrong is in excruciating pain. My collar bone always hurts, what did I do? How long before I heal. I just don't know if I have numerous hairline fractures or if I just pulled some things. Anybody who knows what's wrong and if I just need time to heal or if I also need some medical attention. Im not a rich man and must avoid paying for healthcare at all cost.

i dont know much in medical field ... but what i know is .. dont permanently damage yourself for money, you can work and gain money but you cant heal yourself when it is too late. good luck. and dont call it SMALL risk .. you never know. i am 12 so i should have stronger bones and i fell on ice ONCE on my wrist and broke the bone above it ..

it is doesn't matter with your weight. wrist have 8 bones, and lots of tendons, i think you need use best herb patch, "Fastt patch" and "whitee Patch", and you need do physical exercise.physical exercise you need ask doctor how to do is good for you, totally maybe you need 3~4 weeks to recover this.for sure something will be life time go with you, for example, your wrist have some voice in some move...., but not big deal.

You are risking always having this pain. when you fall you hit with your whole weight on one small point. You hit a solid surface and you are rather cheap , as you are risking permanent damage trying to save money. When you can no longer raise your arms, then you will be the example of penny wise, and pound foolish.
