Its been 19 days since i quit smoking....?!

Question: Its been 19 days since i quit smoking....?
at first it was really easy no problem i was calm and more relaxed tried not to yell at the kids alot. I feel great i can breathe at night, i can run more than 5 steps without being out of breath, and some days i feel wide awake and others i feel like im a zombie. The past week or so ive felt really angry inside..very emotional i cry alot over nothing. (no its not my period :))I yell at the kids more my patience level is 0...I think about buying a pack of cigarettes everyday, wait every second. I smoke pot thinking it would help me with calming my nerves. which ive smoked alot before i quit but ive cut back alot. i just smoke occasionally. I thought it would help just to have smoke inside me sounds dumb but it did help for a week or so then i started feeling weird. I don't understand i felt great for the first week, what happened?

I am on day 4. I still have the urge greatly. I look at the positives when I want one. Like you said, being able to breathe at night with out the wheezing and funny noises.
Try some St Johns Wort. That should relax you better than weed. It is legal too!

Hang in there. My motivation? I could save $1600 in four months. $400 per month, wowser. That is close to $5K per year, and that could be a new car! or food. or help for others.

Here is a site that has some quit smoking testimonials using unconventional methods. I haven't used them to quit smoking but have used them to improve other areas of my life. I think they still offer a free trial and it may help you deal with your withdrawl symptoms
