Chest pain and neck pain when using treadmil?!

Question: Chest pain and neck pain when using treadmil?
I'm obese (120 lbs overweight male) and I used the treadmil for an hour just now and I started getting chest pain and neck pain about 20-25 minutes into using it. Will this go away after I get used to it or is it a heart condition? Doctor has said before that I have a good heart when I had an EKG done but I do have hypertension and highblood pressure. Thanks.

Your fine! And Keep Up The Good Work!! Your working your body and it has to get use to you doing this , If you do it every day and a little more each day your body will eventually catch up. Before you know it you'll be doing it not even realizing that you have done as much as you have, then you can gradually go for an hour and be fine. I bet you have more energy to. I have to tell you about this stuff called (HODGSON MILL). It is a Cereal, you make like Oatmeal, well it is sorta Oatmeal, anyway you get it in you grocery. They have OAT GRAIN and MULTI GRAIN with FLAXSEED and SOY. This is MIRACLE STUFF i'm telling you, I even put the multi grain in my smoothies I make, The smoothies I make is a boost of energy that will blow your mine! I buy berries buy bulk and store them in the freezer, when I want a smoothie I just throw a pack of berries in the blender with 2 tablespoons of the Multi Grain (HODGSON Mill) and 2% milk, let it mix till it's the thickness you want. Not only very good for you has 25grams of Fiber and 450mg of Omega 3 oils, 1 days worth of all the fiber and omega 3 you need in just i bowl of that cereal or one smoothie. I sometimes do 1 bowl of the Oat Grain in the morning and 1 Smoothie for lunch and I have gotten all I need of the Fiber and Omega3 for the whole day, Takes most people so much eating and work just to to get to half that in a day! I'm telling you this is Miracle Stuff!! You have to try it! Good Luck To You!!

Go call your doctor to ask. I'm guessing it's because you're not used to it, but if it hurts your chest, it could be serious.
